Registration and contract data
Registration through AVA Console processes data required for a B2B order request, including company, email, selected product, package, contract term, requested subdomain and confirmation data.
Product-related data
Depending on the product, room, cleaning, breakfast, user, pricing, translation, audio, employee time and log data may be processed. If processed on behalf of the customer, the customer remains responsible for purposes and lawfulness.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, subject to GDPR requirements.
